We need your explicit consent to process the personal data you provide during your application in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. These data may be processed and shared with third parties, except in cases required by law. If you do not give consent, you can contact BrightKids Education Services via phone or email.

Which Data Will Be Processed?

Your child’s: Name, surname, gender, date of birth, nationality.
Yours (mother and father): Name, surname, email, phone number, profession, address, and similar information.

Why Is This Data Processed?

To manage student selection and placement processes.
For purposes outlined in BrightKids’ Privacy Policy, including:
- Creating a potential customer record.
- Conducting marketing, promotion, campaigns, and informing you about opportunities.
- Offering tailored proposals through profiling and advertising activities.
- Contacting you regarding our products and services.

I hereby declare that I freely consent to the processing, storage, and, when necessary, sharing of my personal data by BrightKids Education Services, its affiliates, and the schools it serves for the purposes stated above.
